Good Friday

Today is Good Friday. Yesterday was Maundy Thursday. In two days it will be Easter. I don't know who thought of the idea of Easter but whoever thought of it was smart. It was a pretty good idea to celebrate the rising of Jesus. But just think if you were Jesus. What is it like to be Jesus. . . . .?

He was the first Chinese Emperor. This pictures shows part of his underground city built to guard his tomb. Peasant farmers found it in 1974 when digging in a well for water to drink. It is 9 miles across. There are 8,000 clay soldiers facing the tomb. Each soldier is unique. The tomb has not been uncovered and opened yet. They say there is mercury and arrows that may kill anyone who tries to get to the emperors body.
